How it works:
+I will provide a link to schedule a 2 hr. in-home consultation to chat in depth about the space, any ideas you may envision, and pain points you may be experiencing. The more information the better! Getting to know you, your lifestyle, and the rest of your home will better help me understand how to develop your design.
+I will take photos and basic measurements of the space along with any special notes that will help me fully understand the space. For example, if there are vents that cannot be covered on the floor, you have sloped ceiling, or odd corners, I will capture this in your floor plan.
+I will put together a PDF packet including a 2D photoshopped collage of your design combining all suggested furniture, any existing pieces you’d like to incorporate, paint or wall covering suggestions, etc. Along with this image, I will include a full inventory of all suggested items to take the guesswork out of shopping. I will also include a floor plan or multiple floor plans if you require spatial planning advice.
+This package includes one revision of the original design if there are elements that you would like to switch out or see alternatives for.
Please note that this package is for 1 in-home visit and the design concept created from this visit (plus a revision, if needed). This flat rate does not include any follow-up visits, sourcing, installation, or any coordination/contact with your contractors, installers, etc. I am very transparent about how I structure payment for my business as I am very passionate about the importance of building trust in the design relationship. My designs are always charged on a flat-rate basis —anything beyond the design is charged with an hourly rate and will NEVER be implemented without a discussion and sign-off from you.
